Who We Are

The Michigan Association of Black Track & FIeld Coaches was created to unify and uplift Black coaches across the state while promoting equity, opportunity, and excellence in track & field.We recognize the powerful role coaches play not only in athletic development, but in mentorship, leadership, and community building. MABTFC exists to ensure that Black coaches in Michigan have a visible, organized, and impactful voice within the sport.
